Meet the team
Ben Coleman
Director (CA, CPA, CTA)
Ben is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and Chartered Tax Adviser who has worked in the industry since 2000 and was a founding director of the firm in 2009. He specialises in financial forecasting, business analysis, taxation and succession planning, and is passionate about helping business owners navigate the challenges that come with growth.
Away from work, Ben enjoys cricket, time at the beach, travelling, and acting as a full-time taxi driver for his kids.
Craig Pentland
Director (CA, CPA, CTA)
Craig is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and Chartered Tax Adviser with more than 25 years of industry experience and is a founding director of the firm. He works with businesses across a wide range of industries, including mining, IT and agriculture, as well as various start-up and established ventures. Craig works with clients to solve problems and make confident decisions at every stage of their business cycle.
Outside of work, he is a die-hard Port Adelaide supporter.
Nancy Davidson
Director (CA)
Nancy is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience, specialising in working with high net wealth individuals, SMEs, and medical professionals. She is known for helping clients navigate complex tax issues with clarity and confidence, and for taking a steady, solutions-focused approach to achieving their goals.
When she’s not working, Nancy enjoys travelling and escaping into nature – often behind the wheel on a 4WD adventure.
Darren Sweeney
Associate Director (CPA, CTA, BComm)
Darren is a CPA and Chartered Tax Adviser with more than 10 years of experience. He specialises in SME advisory and start-ups, with a strong focus on using technology to drive efficiency and uncover opportunities for his clients. Darren enjoys learning about different business models and helping small businesses set themselves up for long-term success.
Outside the office, he can usually be found on a golf course, enjoying good food, supporting the Melbourne Demons, or pretending he’s still 21.
